THAMT treatment (Teflon/Hard anodized/Molybdenum treatment process)
Hard anodized + Molybdenum disulfide + Teflon (surface)
Standard hard anodized coatings alone can cause seizing when used in areas with high contact pressure, fine vibrations, or friction. By adding self-lubricating properties to this hard anodized coating, we have successfully improved the wear resistance of the sprocket.
Lubricity and Wear Resistance
Molybdenum disulfide, which penetrates the entire microporous structure of the anodized layer through electrolytic deposition, significantly reduces the frictional resistance of the hard coating. It provides lubricity for sliding parts even without oil.
Durability
In friction tests, it demonstrates several times the durability of standard hard anodized coatings.
High Hardness
Approximately 130%-150% improvement compared to standard anodizing.

Manufacturer I thought that it will take time because it was an item to be ordered, I arrived as early as two days from the schedule so I changed my satisfaction with Large.
Performance is unknown since replacement work is unknown, but I feel like opening the box Good quality was good.
The color is calmer than the picture and I am satisfied personally.

I changed sprocket to PREMIUM sereies, because I had used ZAM CLASSIC sereies almost finish. Gold sprocket I have used before was broken about 10000km. This time's goal was toughness and changing teeth number. Combination of front and rear spuroket are front:13T and rear:42T. This combination make hight speed and mild acceraration.
Logically , I Imagined this setting became long final and be lower power when begining of start.

I installed this product on my YAMAHA DT200WR 92. Because the DT200WR has slightly less displacement than other dual-purpose bikes of this age, I chose the 45T (OEM: 42) for acceleration. As expected, we got good acceleration. The durability of this product will not be as good as OEM parts, but it will look racy and help reduce unsprung weight.

Purchased Front 16T and Rear 37T to make it slightly lower geared.
Steel at 37T would be reasonably heavy, so I was excited to go with DuraluminSprocket.
Gold "Classic" But it would have been nice if Fashion (Lol) I chose the Premium one because of the 20x Point reduction. I will leave the durability to other people's impressions.
I don't know if it was because of the rare 37T tooth count or because I asked for it during the hectic end-of-year period. I don't know if it's because of the number of teeth, or because I asked for it during the hectic end of the year season.
Delivery time took about 3 weeks. (Initially, about 1 month)
If you need it to attend Races and Events, you will need to order it well in advance.
So, when installing, Habit, or rather, Sprocket of XAM is (I've only used it for HONDA's SmallEngine Displacement Volume.)
The hole size for the hub center and hub bolt may be a little too large, so if you install them properly, the drive chain may not be able to fit in the hub center.
It would be better to be careful because it would be as if you are stretching one side.
I wish they would make it a little more Tight.

I installed it on my SEA BASSGAG. Light weight and good quality. I don't know how effective it is.
