The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous handmade processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). Launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, it retains the appearance and internal silencer structure of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989.

■ Exhaust Pipe
The 4-in-2-in-1 collector system provides higher exhaust synergy than a 4-in-1 system for 4-cylinder engines and is a key element in producing high-quality sound. The material is steel (STKM11A carbon steel pipe for machine structural use). Each part is carefully polished by craftsmen and then treated with two or more layers of plating, including decorative chrome, for high weather resistance. A version using highly durable SUS304 stainless steel is also available.

■ Silencer
The Φ67 x 300 silencer features a complete double-structure interior, providing maximum silencing with minimal exhaust resistance. Its lightweight, compact body offers high rigidity and excellent vibration resistance under harsh conditions, while enhancing the overall silhouette of the motorcycle. Inheriting the internal structure of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE, it produces a bass sound at low RPMs and a unique, exhilarating racing sound at high RPMs. Outer cover materials include: Aluminum alloy A6063S, Stainless steel SUS304 (mirror finish), and Titanium TP270.

■ Component Configuration
A full exhaust system consisting of 5 parts: 4 front exhaust pipes (from engine to collector) and 1 tail assembly (including collector and silencer).

■ Installation
Fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay. Use HONDA genuine free flanges (exhaust holders) when attaching to the engine exhaust port.

■ Optional Parts
The 'End Baffle for RPM-67Racing' (P/N: B1211) is available to provide additional silencing performance.

■ Silencer Structural Requirements
The RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE allowed for the removal of the inner silencer for racing or repair purposes. However, as many users rode on public roads with the inner silencer removed, contrary to the original intent, the inner silencer is now welded and fixed in this brand.

Q: Are flanges (exhaust holders) included?
A: No, they are not included. Please prepare HONDA genuine parts. Split collars are not required.

Q: Are exhaust gaskets included?
A: No, they are not included. Please prepare them separately.

Q: It looks the same as the RPM-4in2in1, what is the difference?
A: The appearance is identical and it uses the 4-in-2-in-1 collector system. The difference is the length of the inner punching inside the silencer (welded and non-removable). Because the inner punching is shorter than the RPM-4in2in1, it has higher exhaust efficiency and is tuned for high RPM ranges. The exhaust volume is louder than the RPM-4in2in1. An optional end baffle (P/N: B1211) can be installed.

Q: Can the inner silencer be removed?
A: No, it cannot be removed.
