This is a set of 5 pieces for one bike, made from the same stock clutch plates (new) that have been used since 2005, when this engine was adopted, to the present day.
In the case of this model, we received comments such as:
・The engine won't start in gear.

so we started customizing based on these requests.
The connection of the new stock disc set of this model is strong, but after a few rides, the connection quickly deteriorates.
If the clutch main body is in poor condition, judder (a grinding noise) occurs immediately.
Soft-type plates do not connect as strongly as new stock plates, but they have a certain amount of half-clutch and are easier to control.
It is not suitable for those who want to replace a new set of discs after only a few rides, for advanced users who want to use a lot of clutch work, etc., or for international class users who want sharp connections.
The hard type plate connects as strongly as the stock.
The cut is better than stock and it is easy to start in gear.
This specification was decided after testing by international A and B class riders.
The combination with a friction disc that has already reached the end of its life due to judder will not have much effect.
The touch of the connection and the amount of half clutch can be adjusted by the brand and type of gear oil.
The ratio of cork type and paper type friction discs can also be adjusted.
