RPM-67 Racing is an original exhaust brand released in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, born from meticulous handcrafting involving approximately 300 processes and Total Quality Control (TQC).Without making significant changes to the exterior and the essential sound quality element, the internal structure of the silencer, the exhaust system maintains the appearance of the "RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE" manufactured until 1989.
This product is a full exhaust for 1998-2000 models.
■Exhaust Pipe
The "4-in-2-in-1 merge method" a proprietary construction method, is used.
In 4-cylinder engines, the exhaust synergy effect is higher than that of the 4-in-1 merge method.It also plays an important role in producing a high quality sound.
The material is steel (STKM11A carbon steel tube for machine structural use), bent with high precision, and carefully assembled one by one with mass production jigs made by RPM.
The surface is buffed and polished by professional staff.Finished with three luxurious layers of plating: copper plating, nickel plating, and decorative chrome plating.
■Silencer
Stylish silencer of Φ67 x 300 size is completely double-layered inside.Maximum noise reduction effect with minimum exhaust resistance.
Furthermore, the lightweight and compact silencer is not only highly rigid and resistant to vibration under severe operating conditions, but also has a beautiful overall silhouette when mounted on the bike.
Inheriting the internal structure of the silencer from "RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE", it produces a bass sound at low RPM range and a unique and exhilarating racing sound at high RPM range.
Three types of materials are available for the outer cover.

■Parts composition
This is a full exhaust system consisting of 5 parts: 4 front exhaust pipes (from engine to merge collector) and 1 tail pipe assembly (from merge collector to silencer).

We sell an optional part "End Baffle for RPM-67Racing" that can give even quieter performance to the factory condition.

■Installed state
Fix to the bike body at two points, the engine exhaust port and the tail bracket.
When installing the engine exhaust port, use the stock free flange (exhaust holder).
Also, exhaust gaskets need to be prepared separately.
