RPM-67 Racing is an original exhaust brand released in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, born from meticulous handcrafting involving approximately 300 processes and Total Quality Control (TQC).Without making significant changes to the exterior and the essential sound quality element, the internal structure of the silencer, the exhaust system maintains the appearance of the "RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE" manufactured until 1989.
This product is compatible with HONDA CB400SF-VTEC (NC39).
■Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4in2in1 assembly system has a higher exhaust synergy effect than the 4in1 assembly system in a 4-cylinder engine, and is one of the elements that generate a high-quality sound.
The material is steel (STKM11A carbon steel pipe for machine structure), and each part is carefully polished by craftsmen's hands, and then plated with two or more layers including decorative chrome to give high weather resistance.
■Silencer
Φ67 x 300 size silencer has a complete double structure inside for maximum sound deadening effect with minimum exhaust resistance.
In addition, its light weight and compact body not only has high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations caused by severe usage conditions, but also beautifies the overall silhouette when mounted on the bike.
Inheriting the internal structure of the silencer from the "RPM 4-in-2-in-1 F-TYPE", it produces bass sound at low RPM range and unique and exhilarating racing sound at high RPM range.
Three types of materials are available for the outer cover.

■Parts composition
This full exhaust consists of 5 parts: 4 front exhaust pipes (from engine to assembly) and 1 tail assembly (from assembly to silencer).

■About silencer structural requirements
The "RPM 4-in-2-in-1 F-TYPE" had a removable inner silencer for racing use or for repairing, but many users used to ride on public roads with the inner silencer removed, which was against our original intention. Therefore, we have welded the inner silencer on our brand new models.

Q:Can I reuse the exhaust gasket when replacing the exhaust?
A:Be sure to replace the exhaust gasket with a new one.If reused, it may cause exhaust leakage.Gaskets are not included in the kit and you need to prepare it separately.
Q:Should I apply a liquid gasket to the joint between the front exhaust pipe and the merge collector?
A:Yes, it is possible to improve sealing by using a liquid gasket.RPM recommends the use of silicone liquid gaskets.
