I purchased both the 3mm/5mm thickness sold by the company As a result, I used the 3mm thickness, which is sufficient for One sizeOver adjustments, and the 5 i think that Cheek Pad part is too large if you need a thickness of 0.5mm

Item is in good condition when it arrived to me. The size is 5mm as per description in the website. Easy to use as it comes with self stick glue. Just measure and cut then stick to your helmet as additional sponge. Very useful when you want to do custom fitting to your helmet.
