I had to remove the exhaust system when I replaced the tire on the Scooter, so I prepared a new one.
You don't actually have to replace the Gasket with a new one every time, but I try to replace it with a new Gasket about once every three times.
This is a small ring shaped part, but if it gets crushed and can't be sealed, the exhaust will leak and become noisy, and the power will also drop.
Remove the old gasket by hooking it with a slotted screwdriver or the like because the old gasket is usually crushed and attached to the cylinder head side.
When you install the exhaust system, the new gasket will fall off and it will be annoying. I put grease on one side of the gasket and put it on the cylinder head.
This is not OEM Parts, but KITACOBrand. However, the quality and specification of the product are fine and can be used as OEM Parts.
I've been using KITACO's Exhaust Gasket for decades since I was young.
1pc. in the tool box, I think it is good to have it as a spare.
