키 스타의 기화기 연조 키트에는, 기화기를 수리하거나 조정할 때 필요한 부품의 거의 모든 것이 포함되어 있습니다. 니들 밸브, 아이돌 스크루 (에어 스크류) , 플로트 체임버 개스킷 등인데, 중에서도 특징적인 것이 풍부한 연조 부품입니다. 조종사 제트가 3사이즈, 메인 제트가 6사이즈, 제트 니 이들이 4사이즈입니다.
고무의 니들 밸브에는, 발명상 수상의 슈퍼들이다"AA들"을 사용하고 있습니다. 그 경이적 성능은, 순정품보다 훨씬 능가하는 것입니다.
종래부터 시판되고 있는 츄ー은낫프용 제트 세트는, 사이즈를 일정 간격으로 배분하고 있습니다. 예를 들면 5번 뛰거나 10번 및이 됩니다. 그러나 연조 키트의 제트 세트는 등간격의 배치가 아닙니다. 제트 니 이들과 조합하고, 공기 연료비를 효과적이고 세밀하게 바뀌는 같은 사이즈 설계라고 되어 있습니다.
연조 키트의 첫번째 용도는 트러블 슈팅 (부진 개선) 입니다. 연료 공급에 문제가 있는 오토바이 수리에 사용합니다.
기본적인 방향은, 공기 연료비를 크게 하기에는 조종사 제트, 제트 니 이들, 메인 제트의 삼점 모두 L방향으로 움직여야 하고, 반대로 공기 연료비를 줄이기에는 모두 R쪽으로 움직여야 합니다. 하지만 저속 역, 중속 역, 고속 영역의 어떤 영역을 어떻게 바꾸고 싶은가에 의하여 L, S, R의 조합은 달라집니다. 거기가 기화기 튜닝의 묘미라 할 수 있죠.
연조 키트의 또 하나의 용도는, 오토바이의 츄ー은낫프 (성능 향상) 입니다.
단 기화기는 스스로 동력을 만들어 내는 기기가 없기 때문에 기화기만 아무리 조정해도 츄ー은낫프의 효과는 별로 기대할 수 없습니다. 엔진 및 엔진의 전후의 부품을 바꾸어 츄ー은낫프을 할 때, 그것들과 적합하게 기화기를 조정함으로써 성능이 향상하면 이해하세요. 예를 들면 공기 통과량을 많이 하는 에어 필터나 배기 저항을 줄이는 목도리와 교환하고 엔진의 성능을 향상시키려면, 당연히 엔진이 요구하는 혼합기의 조건도 달라집니다. 거기에서 기화기 조정의 차례입니다. 그것을 쉽게 채우기 연조 키트입니다.

Purchased a used car with KSR80Chamber on Yahoo!

To CarburetorOH of a malfunctioning KSR-2!
I did a simple Carburetor OH to revive it from long term neglect, but it was not fully in tune and all the parts are in place to do a complete OH "Key Star." I bought the OHKit of the engine. The engine is in perfect condition and I am enjoying touring very much.
