ULTIMET EYE is Bridgestone's unique tire development technology and it measures, predicts, and visualizes the contact surface behavior of the tire.
It performed simulation, made a prototype, and checked the performance through indoor measurement and actual vehicle test in the conventional tire development.
It reproduces the same high-speed riding condition as the actual vehicle indoors, and can visualize the behavior on the tire contact surface.
As a result, it is possible to perform high accuracy analysis and performance confirmation based on the scientific basis in addition to the conventional actual vehicle test, and to improve the performance of the tire further.
The testing machine that performs this measurement and analysis can handle up to 400km/h and bank angle up to 60-degrees.
