I think it's just your average MotocrossTire.
We are using it on both Motocross and Enduro with the CRF150R?.
As a layman, I have no impressions.
Installation and removal is no problem.
I never felt like I was missing a Grip.

More ordinary than I expected.
I'm a MotocrossBeginner, so I can't honestly speak for the good or bad of the Tire.
The Tire that comes with YZ85LW as OEM has been considerably reduced, so I replaced it with this one.
I didn't find the ease of Rim assembly to be particularly good or bad enough to be of any concern.
I've been riding with the Moto bi/off bi since I installed it, but it didn't get dramatically better.
Is it easier to open than usual? That was the extent of it.
It's not like the dramatic Grip power of Brand New Tire like On road.
The basics remain the same, such as choosing the road surface and refraining from rough handling.
