에어 필터 (타입 2) (타원형 테이퍼 42mm)

This air filter was on my honda dax with 26mm carburetor. These air filters are very large so sometimes they don't fit very well. I would not recommend these on a monkey, a dax still works. I was looking for a slightly larger pod air filter to suit my installation. This oval taper air filter from Special Parts Takegawa was what I went with and has done the job nicely. The quality of the the product is fantastic and has the additional feature of the union for the blow by hose if required. The chrome cap may not suit everyone but on my Honda Monkey 125 with all the other chrome it really fits in well. The price is a little high for a non cleanable air filter but this motorcycle mostly gets used on sealed roads so should last a long time and you can purchase a water resistant cover part number 03-01-1121 to suit if needed.

I wanted an open air filter setup for my 2018 Honda Monkey 125cc but did not want to buy a kit like everyone else so I decided to make my own air filter setup. Purchased 135 degree aluminum inter cooler pipe, a silicone joining boot and clamps locally and purchased the Special Parts Takegawa 42mm oval taper air filter from Webike. A few hours in the garage and I now have a cooling looking open air filter setup. The induction noise from the air filter did take a little getting use to but is very cool and I just love the look of the bike now that the big black OEM Honda air box is gone. Do not see and performance gains just better looking.

Initially it was in the Combo kit of Mukawa river VM 26
I used a circular Filter.
Sadly, I bought this elliptical shape because I interfereed by attaching an Oil catch tank.
Because it is portrait, you can prevent lateral interference.
Moreover, I think that dirt can be confirmed even if it gets dirty because the color is redish.
I think whether it will be a measure of the replacement time.

Since basic Filter = consumable idea,
I would like you to make it a little cheaper.

A little troubled is the part that returns Blowby, but it is under the Filter.
This interferes with the exit for Carburetor Overflow.
Since it corresponds to the VM 26 once, this is a design mistake? It is the feeling which said it is possible to do it straight at the last minute.
Although the total length will grow, I will presume this is not a Length that is so large, so it looks good.

I use this air filter on my Kawasaki KSR takegawa 178cc kit + Honda NSR Carburetor. This carburetor have 49 diameters. So I ordered wrong size. But I can D.i.y it to fit on this carburetor by used my old air filter\'s wheelbase(46mm) replace on this air filter\'s wheel base (42mm). So I advise you all who want to buy air filter to check what diameter your carbutetor is. \'
