clutch shim .5 allow full spread on the rear driver pulley assembly.
apon inspection of the cvt the driver was not opening all the way. with the contra spring removed i spread the pulleys and notice it would open past the rim.so by adding the shim the torque driver opened .3 mm wider before contacting the clutch bottom and helped with the vino 125 top speed restriction. using a 47.7 boss vs oem 48.5, 20mm belt in stock length vs 22- 04 vino 125 TKW racing variator, 9g rollers, koso TD outer 50* slots with roller pins, ncy 1500 contra, ncy green clutch with red springs and .5 shim, performance friction drilled bell and .5 shim.
