It was used when attaching Barrel 4 of DELTA to a SEROW250.Since in the case of the
SEROW a Gasket is attached to a Normal silencer and it
Says, this is removed and reuse is difficult.

I bought this product because my XR250MOTARD was leaking gas from the joint gasket and it was bothering my neighbors. the KITACO product was cheaper, but I wanted to stop the leaking completely and it was highly rated, so I bought this one.

As an advise, you can apply grease to both the inside and outside of the joint gasket with a cheap oil-based product. This will make installation easier, increase efficiency, protect the gasket, and also seal the gasket against gas leaks as the grease will burn off with heat after installation.

The most common mistake is to modify or cut the gasket because it is difficult to fit. It depends on the material.

If you have a Slip-on Silencer, you can use a pliers tool to widen the Silencer side so that the joint gasket can fit. If it is a Slip-on Silencer, you can use Pliers etc. on the Silencer side to widen the joint gasket to fit.

Most of the time, the gasket doesn't fit well on the external silencer side, so the gasket is damaged by forcing it to fit.

The Gas leak stopped completely and I was very happy with Large.

Thank you, WEBIKE! I didn't think I would ever find the right part. This exhaust joint gasket fits the Delta Barrel 4 Exhaust. I didn't have a caliper to measure the exact fit of the exhaust joint and they smash after use. So I didn't know the actual size I needed. It was proving quite difficult. My exhaust wouldn't fit without it. I now have it am I'm very pleased with the product. Thanks again, WEBIKE.

I bought it again because it was new and somehow it got into the back of the MiddlePipe.
I've bought JMCA Certified for places where I can't run without changing the exhaust system many times, but the quality is usually fine.

I installed it in the OEM joint of KLX250SR
The outer diameter was Exactly, but the inner diameter was too big and there was no space between the clamps no matter how much you tighten the clamps It felt like it was going to be empty, so I dealt with it by applying liquid Gas to it stiffly
